THE CHARCOAL TONE IS A LIGHT SHADE OF BLACK, AND IS REGISTERED AS BLACK. Silver-Factored Labrador Retriever puppies and dogs are Black, Yellow, or Chocolate Labs that carry the silver gene. They do not look silver or charcoal, they are actually Yellow, Chocolate, and / or black.
